Rooms must be cleared by 12.00am

Conditions

A deposit is always required and a booking is not secured until received.
The deposit amount is invariable set at 20% of the total booking amount by Wesrtern Union Money Transfer.
A "reasonable" period of time is given for the deposit to arrive. The booking automatically expires without warning after 30 days from time of the booking form being sent.
All costs, including initial cleaning and final cleaning are included in the price as quoted.
Items included in Price. Sheets, linen, towels, cleaning, electricity, gas, tax, checkin fee, keys, etc. The list really is everything you would expect to have as indicated.
